Pusch Ridge Penguins Swim Team 

 

2008 Registration Information

NOTE: If you were unable to attend a registration date, you can still join the team by registering at the pool during practice. Swimmers wishing to swim for the Penguins SAAA team need to have a completed and stamped SAAA form in order to get in the water. After submitting the required documents, swimmers will need to wait an extra 2 days to get in the water while the paperwork is being processed by the SAAA. Therefore, get the paperwork in as soon as possible so as to not have missed any valuable practice time.

 

Please fill-out the Team Application fill-in form, print, and bring to registration

To complete the registration, we will need a copy of your swimmer's birth certificate that we will keep to submit with the insurance form; your pediatrician's name, address & phone number; health insurance information; parent's email address & emergency contact information. 

 

1st day of practice: Monday, April 7th  

Championships: Tuesday, July 8th and Wednesday, July 9th 

Banquet: Thursday, July 10th 

 

Registration Fees: Unfortunately, there will be an increase in fees this year due to an increase in pool rental fees and SAAA fees. The new fees are:

                                     First Child: $200 (just $14 a week)

Second Child: $175 (just $12.50 a week)

Additional Children: $150 (just $10.70 a week)
