Scorer * (2 per meet): The Scorers take the results from the Runner and enter the data into the computer. The Scorers need

Ribbon Organizer (1 person per SEASON. This will fulfill your family's work requirement and can be done during practice time
versus working during the meet):
This person oversees everything related to the distribution of the ribbons. The day following
a home meet, this person will recruit volunteers at practice to assist them in placing the provided labels on the appropriate ribbons
and then filing them into the swimmers' folders. Ribbons for the other teams will be organized and given to the Head Coach.
Ice Chests (4 people per season. This will fulfill your family's work requirement, excluding Invitationals and Championships ): These
parents purchase the drinks and bring them already iced to the meets in provided coolers. At the end of the meet, you take the cooler
and any remaining drinks home and store them until the next home meet.
Banquet Assistant ( 1 assistant needed; fulfills 1 work duty requirement): This person will check-in families at the Banquet
and also assist the Special Projects Coordinator with any tasks related to the Banquet.
Snack Bar Shoppers & Set-up (3 per meet): These parents physically purchase the food, deliver the items by the assigned time,
set-up tables, and arrange the food. The snack bar needs to be set-up by 4:45. In addition to shopping and setting-up the snack
bar, they will work at the meet until 5:15.
Runner (1 per meet): The Runner is responsible for getting the written times from the Timers, and bringing them to the Scorer's table.
The Runner needs to be in place at 5:45.
Snack Bar (3 per shift x 2 shifts): These volunteers work in the shaded, snack bar area selling food. There are two shifts
for the snack bar: 5:15-7:00 and 7:00-8:30/end of the meet. The second shift helps clean up and pack up the snack bar.
