2011 Registration Information

 

 

Please fill-out the Team Application form (available here), print, and bring to registration

To complete the registration, we will need a copy of your swimmer's birth certificate that we will keep to submit with the insurance form; your pediatrician's name, address & phone number; health insurance information; parent's email address & emergency contact information. 

 

                                    1st day of practice:  Monday, April 11th  

                                    Championships: Tuesday, July 12th

                                                           & Wednesday, July 13th  

                                    Banquet:  Thursday, July 14th 

 

Registration Fees: With the tough economic times, we are proud to announce that we will NOT have an increase in fees this year. The fees are as follows:

 

                                    First Child:  $225

                                   Second Child:  $175

                                   Additional Children:  $150

 

We are always striving to find better and more effective ways to communicate with the many families of our swim team. In addition to emailed updates, the web site will also be a great tool to help us meet this goal so please add it to your favorites.
